Could be Matt because...idk he's been around the scenes of crime...like at Jackson's neighborhood and stuff.

Now I am 80% sure that it's Matt (the camera guy)...because i rewatched episode 4 and the picture frame that was hanging at the mechanic's shop was his...too suspicious that the Kanima decides to kill at that certain shop...
