Instanced maps allow 2 people to technically be on 'map 4' but wouldn't see each other. It's how insom made his housing system. So you could have parties enter dungeons and have private maps and such...

i was like 90% sure thats what he meant by instanced maps... xD so they are dynamic maps...

that will be a hard project but it will eat my spare time and take me out of the 
boredom.

so the main idea of your system is that you have cancelled the player interaction with other players when they are on the same map id..
but in fact they are still on the same map.
but what about npcs , so both of the players will be able to attack npcs in the map etc.

so that's not a dynamic map, it will only work for housing....

Yeah it wasnt perfected I made the system for a friend and I forgot a couple aspects like drops and npc's.

You could probably make more instances of the same map I'd and trick the client into thinking its on the same map.
