No it is not a virus and if you look at the additional information tab at the bottom it's marked it as this:
Suspicious.Insight
This would be nortons fault for every retard on eoserv marking my products as a virus to symantec.
The day when programs/applications safety is based off reputation rather then actual facts i will need to take a gun to my head and shoot myself.
"Suspicious.Insight is a detection for files that have not yet developed a strong reputation among Symantec̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s community of users. Detections of this type are based on Symantec̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s reputation-based security technology. "
I never knew reputation-based was a security technology sounds to me like the PRO SMART VIRUS DETECTOR USERS do the hard work for norton.
Probably the most sense anyone's going to make in this whole topic. But seriously, you have no reason to go shouting out about a virus here there and everywhere. A console game that I made myself, and compiled myself came up as a virus on my computer.. So really just by being smart and knowing the
source of the files you're downloading is legit, and scanning / sandboxing things you're unsure of, your system will be safe 99% of the time.

noone locked this shit yet...
to OP: all you are doing is making yourself look like a fool... for your own sake ask your parent if a file is a virus or not... its a false positive... like every other false positive your trying to PROVE...
stop it
