I was wondering what program is was again that you could run your website off your computer using your ip for example.... mycoolwebsite.no-ip.org

I use MAMP (Mac Apache, MySQL, and PHP) for my OS X machine, and native Apache 2.0 for my cent-os machine. For windows you can use Apache alone or the WAMP (Windows Apache, MySQL, and PHP) package if you want it all in one nice little package: http://www.wampserver.com/en/
