All of the people who side with the PS3 only state that it's better because it had Blu-ray and free online game play.
I'd like to see much better reasons.

Just be thankful for what console your get/have. They each have their own disadvantages and advantages. You can't really compare them because it's made by two different companies with their own different ideas. Either one is fine, one console is better than no console.

Thread does ask for everyone's opinions however and state why they feel that way. Plus doesn't everyone always want the next big best thing?

If you're greedy, yeah, of course you want the next biggest thing.

But just be thankful for what you have, we take so many things for advantage! When in reality there are people out there who can't even afford food and starve to death.

Meh, don't bring the poor people into this thread. Its not about that. The next big thing will probably be the Xbox's next Gen console since it basically has no competition. Wii has a very nice next Gen console but they have no game franchise whatsoever besides  the the classic games. Sony still hasn't even started on their console.

I owne both consoles...

The PS3 was okay for a little while, but it was very dull... The (so call) home when turning the PS3 is bullshit

It isn't very user friendly at all.

I played PS2 for ever, and that was fun, but when the PS3 came out .. it completely runied it for me I honestly have no clue why.

The Xbox360 I do currently own, and I love it.... okay yes you have to pay $60 a year for online(live) but thats okay, because it's well worth it. (According to every Xbox user ) XD.

It's very user friendly, and has an amazing "Dashboard". You a butt load of free apps

a mini Netflix (Crackle)

and the games are great.. not much to say aside from wikipeda this shit.

IMO:

Xbox360 is better because they seem to be more worried about there costumers.. and have great customer support... It's got an Xbox Live Party Chat - PS3 has no party chat, you must be playing the same game as your friends to talk to them. (Bullshit again).

Anyway, that's my repetive rant for the day....

XBL is way cheaper then 60/year if you know where to look. Amazon had it for 44 for a year. Basically, I've never paid full price for xbox live.

Also you won't get your credit card information stolen...that was one big huge awkward moment.
