Omg... I decided to go through the artist page and look what I found.. If you're still doing this it'd be downright EPIC if you'd make one for me! :P

It's JPEG'd. You need to retake that screenshot and get it from the screen folder.

You need to take a screenshot and save it on .png and upload it either on tinypic or iaza, .bmp is the result of having a screenshot and recklessly saving it and uploading it in any free uploading sites some free uploading sites turns .bmp photos to .jpg which is a bad quality of image,so I suggest saving your screenshot on .png instead then uploading in tinypic or iaza before uploading it here on eoserv.
