I'm pretty sure that blizzard does not allow private servers and yet if you go on google you can find thousands of them.

So by saying you are going to DDoS, you are going to engage in an illegal activity to get what out of it? A few laughs and giggles? You don't own it and by engaging in an illegal activity you are basically setting yourself up to get possibly sued.

And swagkid really? You are gonna cry about a whole 0 players online?

Trademarks, however, must be registered

Want to hear something really weird? Book/song/movie titles aren't copyrighted. Anyone can call their story anything, even if someone else has called theirs the same thing. As long as the content is different it is not plagiarism.
