I mostly agree with all of this but,
I saw you said: Correcting an opinion.
That doesn't make alot of sence to be honest, me personally, I like the way how different people are and to try and see things from a different perspective.
So why bother correcting it? Unless it's impolite or maybe even worser.
And the language barrier bothers me to be honest, mostly when players log in 'Kto polak itamz plox'
Then they don't try to be honest, they just want items and it's sort of irritating lol.
So I mostly ask, if i get you the items what will you do then?.. No reply ofcourse since they don't understand it.

And another thing that bothers me about admins is that some admins go on hide to walk around you because their bored and when you're in the middle of a conversation
they randomly unhide instead of swarp away, which I find rather rude.

Well I kind of ment like opinions on how a command is used, and how/when it should be used. Take BU for example. There were some trolls hanging out at the spawn point some time back and I decided to just silently warp them across the map, instead of muting them, and just warped them back if they walked back and kept doing it. Apparently this creative justice is harassment, and I should let the little buggers sit there and harass people. Just makes me kind of ill.

Anyways, In my addition to this.

The thing I hate is when an admin is turning to a dramatic actor/actress just to show or provoke the owner or the boss to feel a sympathy or an attention to them especially for promotion, basically it appears that being an attention seeker or a dramatic king/queen is an effective wayforheightening a reputation, friendship, chance, fortune on having a promotion especially when you effectively caught the owner's or the boss's eyes and attention, even you don't got much things to do or things you can do, you can be easily promoted even though others are much potential and candidonthe task, so basically the much qualification and potential for having a promotion will be receive by a non-qualify and non-candid admin, by this way, the owner/boss will accidentally pronounce a bias decision when someone got promoted less candid/qualify than others.

It's pretty funny that you said it, first I'm a guardian back from BU which can't ban, second English isn't my primary language so how come I would correct someone's grammar? Loltroll you appears to be someone who uses an alt that is really pathetic for hiding the shame. Too bad you're a shame. ^_^
