The Hunger Games <spoilers>
-Who's going to see it?
-Who isn't
I can't wait for the movie to come out, I've read the book about a year ago, when there wasn't so much hype.

Re: The Hunger Games
Movie is going to be terrible if the trailer was that bad. Going at midnight and I know I'm going to regret paying the $8 or so to see it. ---

I am so gonna see it. I didn't read the book, because a book is always as good as the movie version. But yeah, like i said, i'm still gonna see it. The trailer looks epic. ---

Re: The Hunger Games
I was going to say.. Not all movies are as good as the book. For example: The book "October Sky" It's a great book, but in the movie (which is called Rocket Boys), they cut out a lot of stuff. And it didn't give the full effect on what happened in the book. As for the Hunger Games. I was going to see it, but apparently a fifteen year old boy shouldn't be out around midnight. :p ---

If you read the book multiple likes I have you won't like the trailer. Normally the trailers are supposed to be the best scenes in the movie (From my personal past experience), so it looks terrible imo.

I personally like the trailer, if they showed the best scenes it would just ruin the excitement factor, like the cornucopia scene. Regardless they are probably going to be making loads of cash, they expect on raking inabout 100 million for the weekend box office.
@Wild Once I saw the pg rating (13), I was thinking it was going to show the brutality showed in the book but a tad less gory.
And thanks for whoever -1ed me (probably a twilight fan *cough).

All of the Panem scenes in the trailer are the main reason why i think it looks horrible. There are other reasons that I won't post

There were no spoilers, the only thing she said is the cornucopia scene, that doesn't ruin anything since she didn't say anything about it. ---

Re: The Hunger Games
You won't know anything about the cornacopia unless you read or seen the movie. No spoiler tag needed ---

Re: The Hunger Games
Another great example of a great book but useless movie is Cirque Du Freak: The Vampires Apprentice. A series called the Vampeneze and written by Darren Shan. About a kid called Darren Shan who goes from a normal life to a vampires life. It's no twilight or Dracula shit, it's all just
incredible. Then there's the Demonata series, all about demons. The same author. Now he is doing another series called "The Saga Of Larten Crepsley" who stars, Larten Crepsley. He was Darren's vampire master in the Vampeneze series. (I'm just filling you in on some stuff)
The books were incredibly good, but the movie is a complete disaster...
