I watched this earlier and posted it on my facebook. It brought tears to my eyes.

As many before me have said, who cares? This has gone on way before just recently, and in numerous countries. Child warfare will always happen somewhere, and personally it is not a big deal (If you don't consider the fact that the children are basically being forced to fight). I mean look at what hitler did, he had kids as young as 6 years old fight in his "Hitler youth" when he couldn't get enough teens and young adults to fight in world war two. Did anyone make a big deal about it then? No, so why do people care now? They want attention. They want to be known as the person who "Started the video about caring about child warfare" or, '"The Face of the Future".

Just my comment on this, I'm sure other people have different thoughts, and I'm sure I will get -1'd numerous times for this post.

Just because people didn't stop it when hitler did it, It doesn't mean we shouldn't try now while we have the technology and resources to stop these warlords I would just be sick if people didn't try and stop these kind of things which is why I just donated to it. With all the twitter and social networks now im sure there will be more of these ''uprisings'' about these issues.

The fact is, Hitler didn't force these children to murder their own parents, or to kill their brothers and sisters, or to disfigure them and let them live with their scars. This guy is worse than Hitler in terms of child warfare, and he is starting a new genocide. If we just sit back and let it happen, then we're basically allowing another Holocaust. Just because you don't care about innocent lives doesn't mean no one does.

They "deployed" advisers. It is a matter of time before they start deploying our own troops to "help" the effort. Then the fighting begins. The originators of this idea will be responsible for the deaths of everyone that was trying to "help"

These people care more about saving those children than they do about the children we have in our country that are starving, being raped, murdered and just plain dying. We have our own problems that WE CAN NOT HANDLE! WE CAN NOT HANDLE ALL THE SHIT THE GOVERNMENT KEEPS THROWING ON THE PLATE.

Fuck this video. Fuck this movement. They are hypocrites. All life is precious. Yeah well what about the lives they are ignoring in their own country. They don't seem to be that precious from the sounds of it.

The main point I am really trying to get across is this.
We have a lot of our own problems in country that need to be fixed. We have a lot of problems we jumped into that need to be fixed. We need to worry about fixing the problems we have before creating more problems."

It's thinking like this that makes the united states look like a bunch of selfish assholes. It's disgusting that a majority of people believe we shouldn't try to help lesser countires, because what? They have less money? Every person in this world is equal, everyone should be allowed to live freely, and without fear. A great majority of this world still lives in fear, fear that some day their leaders could arrest, and possible kill them.

I agree that we do have a LOT of problems. We need to make some changes for any of these problems to be resolved. Mainly the economic crisis. All I mean is that it just seems wrong that we're more worried about our problems, that barely affects our life, and are very small problems compared to what's going on in these third world countries.
