If ur a metro pcs customer (and im hoping to god someone out there is) can u help meh? i had like 20 pics on my phone and then i started takin like 9 new ones (drawins ect) finaly my phone said memory full so i deleted a few...but then itd say memory full even if i deleted 3 pics and only took 1 new one. so i had to keep deleting them. now i have like 4 pictures left and my phone isnt letting me take any new ones it keeps saying memory full.

anyone know how the fuck i fix this defective ass phone?

I happen to be a worker for Metro lol, and firstly let me say that I am disappointed that you have service with us since it's terrible. Well as for your phone what model is it? What any Metro rep such as my self would tell you that's a problem with your phone itself and not our service directly lol. Try resetting the phone, if not call 611 and wait a couple hours to just get some troubleshooting done on your phone which most of the time never works. I would try calling the number on the phones manual most likely you just need to take your memory card out and blow into the slot to make sure that there's no dirt or something making it act out.

looks like a blackberry says samsung on the top, metropcs in the middle, i kno i kno its shitty service and NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH! like srsly i go to pay my bill and idk wtf there saying. no habo espanol senior! >:O

WHAT MEMORYCARD?! i see a slot where it should be...but all thats in there is my battery...should my phone have come with a memorycard?!

like wtf why is this happening now -.- stupid peice of shit phone -.-

Oh it's a blackberry yeah they got the memory card slot under the battery, and no it shouldn't of came with a memory card lol well some times they are bundled but chances are it didn't since you didn't know about it and yeah the costumer service sucks lol I work at the main store. Yeah yourphone has internal memory though but yeah you should give the troubleshooting number on your blackberry user manual a try they will most likely tell you how to fix that. Did you reset it lol?

Lol yeah something like that and uhm yeah metro pcs in California lol. You should probably uhm yeah.. Give up on your phone or just get an iphone and or droid like the most of us :)

i cant afford it i have to pay for this myself and currently i got no job. im payin my bill with the money i saved up (and wich is running out) -.-

Lol moonie they got cheap android phones on metro, and I'm in Ventura County in California kind of north of the state. Pretty much on the shores of Cali.

Delete all your txt messages, if that doesn't work delete your media such as ring tones an such.


With my piece of shit phone I have to delete 4 pics just to take one some times, an then I'll end up getting like 10 text in the middle of deleting pix... if I delete all my txt it frees up internal memory an will allow for more pictures.

Specially if some of those text contain media such as video/pix/sound.

ive deleted all txts i dont have any ringtones asides the ones it came with i fucking am just gonna leaveit alone for now. probly smack it agenst a wall later
