Are 100.0mbps enough for a server? With npc+monsters? Cuz everything worked fine untill i added all shops:\. Now tables/rocks... desapier!

Your link speed is 100 megabits... Go to speedtest.net to get your actual internet speed. Also, I doub't this has anything to do with it.
