I'd just like to bring up Apollo's idea (think it was Apollos, hard to remember), instead of scrolling down a list there was pages. As he said it would be easier to remember what page you were on.
The memory function is already there, just not to the extent you wish it to be. It already saves what you were last working on in that tab, but it doesn't shoot you down to where it was at.
All my other points have been mentioned.

There is already a resize option, just go to map>properties and edit the map size there.
A good idea would be that it was possible to be able to see the objects and houses before you are able to place them :P

LOL I just remembered that you can have a tile on the right and left button. This makes grass tiles easier.

A little of what your asking for is laziness. The whole prebuilt houses could be bad and good depending on how it is added. Say if you could use a config to show the list of houses. Kinda like this. HouseA.tiles = ( 1:1:1, 1:2:1 ) The syntax being RativeX:RelativeY:GraphicID By relative I mean by
where you just clicked, it will place the wall at that position. One variable I forgot would be wether it is a right or left wall so add a :Left or :Right. Now this wasn't added, and you uploaded your own gfx. Your houses would be scrambled. Also,if there is to be a npc tab, it should be optional
because maybe someone doesn't have custom pubs yet. ---
