 Designing..
I'm fifth teen years old and I want to start designing website with programs like adobe, I am asking the community what
should I start with. What are some small things I could do to progress with designing and whats the best program to use and easy to understand. (Any Price)

Designing website, use notepad. Don't use any website helper or any shit, just a notepad and google in case you don't know the syntax of something.
No need for adobe. Now, if you want to make images and put them on a website, the difficult part is making the picture, and I can't help you with that.

Agreed with Addison, start off with simple programs. However, instead of using notepad I suggest you use Microsoft Word (If you have it). In Word you can save documents as single file web pages which if you create multiple, you could string together a few word documents on your browser (Granted
that it is not actually the internet). It will give you a better idea on how websites are laid out. ---

Well, I guess you need a website to test a lot of this shit out on. You could just save as a .html and look at it through your browser. Just open the file with your browser and it will load the HTML page. PHP would require a server to do it. If you want others to be able to view your progress or
just to have a website, you can use: http://www.000webhost.com
It is all free, just signup and get everything ready. I would also setup FTP on your website and download FileZilla to upload your HTML files quickly. 000webhost does offer PHP if you ever get interested in that, but I'd stick with HTML for awhile.
Best thing about designing a website: Each browser interprets HTML different, so good luck getting your website to look the same on all browsers <3 It's a blast

This is in all html docs, just copy that in a notpad save it as whatever.html in a folder and open it with your browser its pretty easy to add stuff if you know where to look.

Don't use notepad or microshit word neither one of them have syntax highlighting. Use notepad++ it will save you countless hours of /facepalm. ---

very helpful, and it helped me alot with web designing, but i gave up with natural web designing with .com, .cu, .org, etc.
.webs.com gives you a selection of things, and then you can upload your own photo's onto that too, to create your website. Here's an example of a website i did for a server known as Never Endless:

Webs isn't even coding... You won't learn the syntax for HTML or CSS or anything used to code websites. Everything is premade and you just place it where you want.

Webs is a pile of crap tbh xD if you want to learn HTML to make a good website from scratch, do as suggested above, notepad++ and 000webhost and you can't go wrong really. http://co.cc offer free domains as well for practice :) ---

I meant .webs.com for practice, before you go doing original .com, .org, etc. Help you to get a good mind of it, not to do everything on .webs.com
