Hey guys! Aion goes F2P at the end of this month! If you guys don't know what Aion is here's a video.

I heard about it going F2P so I decided to try it out. As a WoW player of 4+ years, I must say this game is pretty damn epic. You guys should really try this game out!

Kind of old news now. been known it was going free 2 play for about 3 months or so. Was even a Beta for it if you lived in EUR. As a retail Aion player Aion is certainly worth the time. It's an extremely well done game with eye popping visuals.

Private servers are quite simple really. Just download the game client, update to the version they are using. Change the server address. And play, almost exactly like how you would play an Endless Online PServer really. Most servers today for WoW are already configured with their own clients so you download and play right away. As for Aion, it's not a WoW server. It's a game of it's own far superior to WoW in my opinion.

aion is good, pvp is awesome pve is less.

Is Aion one of those games where the only way to get good items is to buy them via real life money or is my mate bullshitting me

Aion does not even have an in game cash shop. Not as of yet anyway. And no, you can not buy power with real money via a cash shop.

The current version is 19GB. I have no idea how much larger it will get when they do the major 3.0 update in March for the free 2 play changes they are doing. You can download it today and be ready March though.

Molten... WoW i think i try'd downloading that before.. it told me to download the WoW client from the Real WoW site so i did and i didnt get the rest of how to set it up lmfao. im a fail at WoW although wow looks fun.. lol

Edit:OMG LOL this client to dl Aion is slow af... 17% pulling off a whole 1.2-2.6MB/S... fml
