and I have yet to attract a serious pixler .. wtf am I doing wrong? seems like every fly by night server out there has a "team"

I do not have a team, but the main problem is that your not advertising your server. I do not even know what server you play, I bet if I look I can find it. But see that is the problem, your servers name should be the first thing people think of, not something someone has to look up to play. Get your name out there and show people what your server has to offer.

Congratz on the uptime! As said you should advertise for pixelists

You could always put in a thread on the advertisement section, maybe include what your servers all about, and give them a reason to join. Seems like other teams posting on there have had effective results. Good luck on finding that pixeller.

Pixel artist are just hard to find here, one half is... how do I address this is a kind matter "not as talented" and the other "talented" half are either to busy, or working for bigger servers. I would try looking outside of here, you never know what you might find don't worry your not the only person that is having trouble looking for artists trust me or you could just always start practising your own pixel art skills and create the pixels yourself.
