Very clever, if you read it one way it says L97, but if you read it another way it says 911. ---

Look at the purple in the white squares and you get L97, if you look at the white it appears 911
And yeah, I guess you're also right, it also does show 067.

I was thinking of something more like this..

This is how it was deciphered:
The image imitates 3-bit RGB color model, so each meaningful square represents 3 bits of data: green = 010, red = 100, magenta = 101 etc. Writing all these triplets together and splitting them into 8-bit groups we get 7 bytes (without last 2 bits because 18 * 3 = 54 < 56). Looking up
corresponding ASCII, we get "QN RPOD" (the last letter can be D, E, F, G because of missing bits). Notice the space? Substracting 1 from all the letters (B -> A, C -> B etc.) we get "PM QON[CDEF]" . Since the only account existing is QOne, the answer is to PM
QOne.
