Post #132172 How To Make A Auto-Installer Tut (Zip2exe)
I will post 2 different programs that can turn your zip into a exe, the 1st one is the easiest.. the 2nd one has pictures to make it a little easier I guess... Either way both are fairly simple. Enjoy.

Nsis Installer (zip2exe)

1st Download: http://sourceforge.net/projects/nsis/files/NSIS%202/2.46/nsis-2.46-setup.exe/download

You will then run the program a box will pop up and you will click "Installer based on ZIP file".

A new screen will open where you see a button that says "Open" you will click "Open" and select the zip you want to turn into an installer!

After you have picked your zip file you will press generate, let the file generate....and BAM you have your self a installer.

Zip 2 Secure EXE

1st: You will want to download:
http://www.chilkatsoft.com/chilkatsfx.asp

After you have installed chilkats zip 2 secure exe you will want to locate the file's you are putting into the "installer".

2nd: After locating all the files you want to be included into the exe you will want to zip them.

3rd: Open up ZIP 2 Secure EXE and click browse.

4th: After clicking browse you will want to locate your zip, in this case my zip is "EO".

5th: After locating the zip an pressing "open" you will want to fill in the info below with your own, use mine as a example:

After you have it all filled in with your info press "CREATE" and there you go a self extract zip in the form of a exe.
At time your files will corrupt, or at lease for me they did about 3 times.. but most the time it will work just fine.

I still am willing to make some if people are to lazy to do it them self's since I'm still bored..

I will also being adding another way to make a install.exe soon.

I would recommend making a tutorial rather than compiling an installer. It gives users the knowledge of what the install really includes as well as the know-how to update it later as they see fit.

Ah your correct, I'll write one up with pictures in about 20mins an change this topic. I don't know why I didn't even think of a tut thread ;-;... my boredom made me fail. :(

Okay so I added 2 tuts on how to do this, I will still be making them if anyone is in need.
