What do you mean?like put it at SLN?or portforward?describe better your question please..

To make your server public you need to portforward.
Go to this site www.portforward.com
find your router. and forward the ports 3306 and 8078.

I don't know anything to get my server online so other people can play it.

Firstly you need to guess your ip :) www.ipchicken.com then go to https://www.no-ip.com create an account . then go to manage hosts and add the ip :)
