It depends on what the majority of your friends are playing on really. All in all their about the same, your only gonna miss out on the exclusives at most. The online for the xbox however is a more complete package but you pay for it. 70 dollars a year just to play online is a real let down
while it's 100% free and always will be on the PS3. But the PSN lacks features the xbox offers. So it depends what you prefer really, free online or a more complete online?
Also going with the system your friends are playing will make the experience all the more enjoyable. So all in all I don't think either of them is better then the other. Their both game systems that play video games. What more do you want in a console?

oh and i prefer xbox 360 over ps3 cause graphicly it's more advance, it runs games in 60fps and ps3 runs in 30fps
Im sorry but your statement can't be more wrong. maybe you should look up facts before stating what you do not know. In terms of hardware the PS3 is the more powerful game system. It has the more powerful CPU and GFX chip. It has the superior graphics as well. Both systems play the same game at the
same frame rate. I have no idea where you got the idea of the xbox having 60 FPS while the PS3 is capped at 30. On top of that the only game really capable of 60 FPS on the 7 year old out dated systems is Call of Duty because the graphics in COD are 7 years old... Games like Battlefield 3 for
example are rendered down, limited to 24 max players and capped at "30 FPS" on "both" systems because the hardware in both consoles can not handle the game the way the developers intended them to. The consoles today are 7 years old, and as the years go on. Users demand the graphics to improve
because well this is 2012. The graphics should be improving, but the problem still remains. It is now 2012 and the consoles are 7 years out dated, the hardware in them are never changing yet we demand improved graphics.
This is why the games are capped at 30 FPS with a cap of 16-24 players because the consoles are just not capable of more.
