Map, make music instrumentals, play x-box 360, or research about things the average would be mind ****ed about.

In all honesty, there isn't alot you can do, but I'd you feel useless and you really want to help, go to him, ask him what's up and if he tells you to leave? Don't. Tell him you're going to stay there until he talks to you about his problem. If someone has a problem it's always good to talkabout
it. I have 3 friends that committed suicide due to problems and not talking about them.(not trying to say that your friend is going to commit suicide) basically just comfort him as much as you possibly can.
At one stage I tried to drink my awareness or my problems away. Didn't work out so great, it just added to my problems. Then I listened to Music. During the day and during the night, even while I was sleeping, and it helped alot. I also decided to fix my problems myself, say for example, a girlI
liked hated me. I would give her no choice but to tell me why she hated me(well at least try) and then I would try my best to fix it. When music stopped working for me, I set to work on mapping. I figure it would take my mind off of things, and it did. It helped an awful lot. But then thatstopped
working and I ended up doing what I do now. I clear my mind, and draw. Nothing but draw pictures, color them in, whatever form of art you can think of, I do that. Im also starting to pixel, as Ananas is. As he said, it's lovely. I say it's beautiful, and somewhat extremely relaxing. I'vealso stuck
to the music thing too, and whatever I'm doing (probably a mix of everything I've said) its working and I don't really have anymore problems!
I hope this helps :)
Nurd, I agree with 95% of that. The one thing that I don't agree with whatsoever is forcing them to tell you what's wrong. It is true that speaking about your problems helps, a lot. But forcing them to do so can easily make it far worse than better. It's better for them to tell you of their own
accord. If they don't want to, then they have their reasons. At that point, if you really feel they still need to tell someone, find someone who they will tell. Make that your call-to-action. Whether this is a parent, another trusted friend, a coworker, or a social worker, it doesn't matter. But it
can not be forced.
This is speaking from a psychological stand-point. It's what I'm in college for, and I know it to be a fact.

Thanks for the words of advice Nurd :') last night I did just put my music on full blast and draw stuff haha, was quite nice but yeah like Devingg said, I don't think however much I tell her to tell me what's wrong, she isn't going to tell me unless she wants to. I mean it's her problem to
tellreally. If she had spoken to other people about it before then I might be a little more adamant to find out what's gone on but aparently she hasn't told anyone so I guess those cards are off the table but thanks anyway
On a side note, I swear so many people on this forum smoke weed XD..

On another note, has she ever had something like this happen before? Are there any signs that give any type of an idea about what may be wrong? Is her sadness/depression/whatever leading to potential harmful behaviors towards herself or others? ---
Oh, it's you.
