I shutdown my PC and then reopen the seose emulator is not working:|

Well..if you shut down your pc it maybe can change your ip,thats 1 reason <maybe>.or if you shutdownyour router/modem,it changes your ip.you can't turn off your router/modem,or else if u do u every time have to change router settings,and change the info ip on SEOSE.xini.

And this is the reason why you need to setup a static IP address to successfully host an eoserv or seose server =D
