Is it possible to use a "NO-IP" address as a URL, for ex: eoserv.sytes.net or something like that. If so, please tell me how.

But on a side note, hosting a website off your computer is not really all that safe. Since I doubt you will be able to put all the protections you need, I highly am against it. Specially if that is the only computer you have. When you host your own website you will need your computer on 24/7 for the website to be up. Also, websites hosted this way are normally open to more attacks since you have less security. So if possible use a scrap computer you do not really care about to host your website.
