This isn't ACTA...

This is a homeland security bill that has been in production for several years. I can't say much about it, but there are protocols in place within the military and other organizations on how to quarantine and control such a virus if one is produced. You don't honestly think that all these zombie movies are just the result of someone's imagination do you?

If you look far enough, everything has some basis in truth, even if only a tiny bit of it. You also have to think, if someone could develop this virus, imagine the kind of power they would have. It would be the greatest weapon ever created, and only the creator of it would have the vaccine, at least in the beginning. And in order to attempt to create it, you need to have some backup plans in case it goes wrong. I'll let you come to your own conclusion on it, but just realize, the US takes this thing seriously, and many important organizations have these backup plans.

@ontopic, As what i heard your internet can get shutdown if you download 3 illegal contents. But that you can go to prison is bullshit as far as i know. Your internet provider can get bills if you do illegal stuff though.
