We;ve gone over this before. Vult-R wiped the database and goes under a new name. He still owns it but I belive he's working on his other projects so EO Main is rather dead now.
The reason the player slots have been reduced is because he moved it to either a cheaper host or a free one. I don't know for sure if he pays for the new host but we do know he moved it.
