I would highly recommend sticking with EOSERV at this point. What Sausage is about to add to EOSERV would take the ones hacking stuff onto their EOSERV revision dubbed "EOSource" 3-4 years to come up with. Sausage coded about 95% of what base code EOSource is using in about 3-4 months. Anyway, the "official" add-in of EO+ is nearing completion and is far more advanced and flexible than EOSource or even my own Vodka build. I assume that EO++ will be even more incredible for truly customizing your server's every aspect. For now though, just disregard the kids with the Allegro GUI hack-in. it is only a gimmick to get noticed like R.O.B. the Robot(but R.O.B. was a successful gimmick :P).

I would steer clear of EOSource. Any project that feels the need to dip into our code, tweak it, offer it in binary form only, splatter their forum with "Better Than EOSERV" signatures, claims of professionalism and expertise and STILL have a thread where nobody knows what the fuck Ubuntu Linux is, frankly, is laughable.

However if you're interested in learning what EOSource is, for the sake of curiosity, they do have a video on YouTube demonstrating what it's all about.
