I like it, but it's kind of slow. I couldn't imagine a game being written with HTML

Well you won't have to imagine as it's the future. When you say "HTML", I think there's a huge misconception. HTML5 is becoming a very powerful and viable means for creating games, and anything else.

HTML works best with PHP you should remember it.

You don't know what you're talking about, rofl.

Anyone can learn html/xhtml in a week or so.. HTML5 is getting so advanced I feel like starting from the beginning.

AndPHP is essentially only needed server side but  although this is gonna be made redundant with html5? Unless I read something wrong.

We don't need a hypertext pre-processor for this game.

What do you mean HTML is stupid? You really don't understand this stuff.. why are we discussing this. Just stop, please. You're only making yourself look like a fool.

For this, the server side language is JavaScript, but it's not serving the same function as PHP. It's a socket server. In this project there's no use for a server side language in the sense that you mean such as PHP, ASP, etc.. If there was, I would use PHP, but there isn't a use for that here.
