I checked there website out and it changed and now has a server status! cant wait for the download of the client to come!!!

Lol i'm sorry to say but there won't be a download available for quite some time. We only put the server status window in there to know/plan where things will/are going to go. The site as a whole is still pretty much under construction, in the sense that i feel like it needs something, butjustcan't put my hands on it. 

offtopic - Anyways, i was thinking a few days back to release the eoserv version of Aureus i was working on before making the sudden change to a whole new different game. There's not much going on, and i definitly won't be wasting time on it when i could be making stuff for the real Aureus,but...you guys tell me if you want this to be released as a passtime till the official release of Aureus Online.

This is basically where I left at on the eoserv version. Not much going on, but yeah...

For starters, the version we would be releasing is maybe only 2% completed from our wanted goal. There are maybe 10 areas give or take a few areas to explore along with maybe 3 quests. We could however do up some more maps right quick. Take maybe an hour to get maybe 50 maps together to explore but they will almost all look the same since there is not enough resources to make them look unique from each other.

Also a note to keep in mind. Since this is not an official release of Aureus Online, only a canceled old version for a much greater release. The server would not be 24/7. Just online when I am home, not sleeping, and not gaming on my PC. If you are all fine with this then something might be able to be done.

Not naming something thats not even related to the game a Beta of the game. That's not something you would want to do. A Beta is not only for finding problems with the game so you can fix them before public release. But a Beta also gives you a feel, glimpse of what the game will become. Naming a game like Aureus Online-Old version a Beta when it no longer even looks or is being made the same way is kind of not what we would want to do.

Lol, they just want to see all your graphics in action as soon as they can. I'd much rather see the actual game though. So how goes it with the client?
