I think he means a list that shows how many -1's and +1's, and which users gave the rating. The avatar only shows total Rep. I think it's probably best that this isn't done though, it will only give more reason for peopel to fight (over dumb stuff).

Here is a tip for you, just ignore people that you think are trolling or being mean. It helps lot, plus it gets you less -1's and you don't start fight's and ruin peoples topics or even your own.

This is the lounge by the way, so you shouldn't let things you don't like upset you (within reason. note: Global Rule 3. Do not harass or troll any other users for any reason).
