Websites that are protesting (le Operation Blackout) These websites are down protesting to SOPA d:

reddit.com, wikipedia.com (search for a word), mozilla.com, cragslist.com, and that's all so far. Google was supposed to go down, but they suuuck. -.-

They'll be able to filter domains from resolving. Therefore say pirating sites for example wont be able to be accessed via their domain names. How ever you'll still be able to access them via their direct IP, so you can bypass it. At least this is what I've got from what I've read & heard about the situation.
