This is an almost complete listing of the #1 rated song on the international music charts for any date you enter.

Below the picture of the vinyl record (not the field on the right), select the date and click one of the three countries. If you don't live in one of those three, click the closest country by location. It will then give you the number 1 song in the region for that date.
