Hi, I've been playing since EO first came out but took a 3 year break and when i come back on (few months ago) everything is TOTALLY different. I just graduated college with 9 years of Computer Science/Computer Programming with minor Art Design. I've been trying to find means on contacting Vult-r. I mean legit email whatever. I would like to actually make this game better then what it is crumbling into now. Please.

If you have that much experience then you should just create your own MMO. You'll get much farther.

Lol, you completely missed the collapse of EO. Its been destroyed. There was a massive duplication with money and characters. The database was wiped like 2 or 3 times. Vult-r came on as Aendar though. He fixed a few things up. If you really want to get in touch with Vult, then i'd talk to Plasmastar about that. I heard he quit EO though so no garuntees.

Yeah i do realise that but i want to practice on EO and get approval for my ideas that i have in mind

There are quite a few people making clients these days. This is what I recommend. Firstly, he can't sue you for cloning the client as long as you don't claim the artwork. Secondly. Arvid is being really fussy about the graphics, maps and pubs. Thirdly. Just don't include original maps, pubs or include the graphic files.

This is what people are doing including myself. Just tell people that they must download the original client and grab the .egf files, use EOMap for making maps and editPub I believe for making pub files :P
