Things like "Socket Bind" or eoserv.exe closing immediately while the debug is running is your clue. Close out all instances of eoserv.exe or eoserv-debug.exe. Check your task manager to ensure you have done this. You can only have one eoserv.exe per port.

Rev 264 can be compiled by changing the optimization level to -2.

To do this you need to go to Project > Build Options. Then click on MYSQL & SQLITE. Select Optimization and change it there by un checking the -3 one replacing with -2. This solves this issue.

I take no credit to this. Sausage and I was talking on IRC and he came up with the idea.
