If you remember......Miyamoto said OoT was the first in the timeline. Then recently approved that SS was before OoT. And then there is the Split Timeline.                      

                                        Adult
                                    -->
SkywardSword -> OoT
                                    --> Majora's Mask -> Twilight Princess

                                      Young

Then on the young timeline, if link fails on his quest, it goes onto ALttP. And if he succeeds, the other games that I don't remember the order.
