By default, the localhost port is set to 80. I believe you can change this setting by editing the "http.conf" and entering a different port. (You will be telling your server to send out communications from
adifferent location.)
Yup, I got it ^-^:
- Log on to your server as administrator.
- Find the C:\wamp\Apache2\conf directory on the drive where WAMP has been installed.
- Find the "http.conf" file and open it in the Windows Notepad app.
- Double click while pressing "control" & "F" to open the search utility.
- Type "80" into the search field. (It will take you where the localhost port is set.)
- Change "80" to the port you want. Don't forget to save!! XD
- Restart if needed.

Thanks that did it =). I think i got it all set up now ima go mess with it some more.
i got some of it xD.. I got an error. Uncaught Exception: Query failed. (HY000 1 no such table: accounts) (Database.class.php:136)
and it says OH GOD IM DYING xD
