WebCP help pl0x
how do i change it so people could connect through "mydomain.no-ip.org" instead of only being able to connect with "localhost" ---

Should work. It's a website, not a server so that's why it will need http:// infront of the domain. I have never used webcp but this worked for me to host my website on apache.
