I heard that EO Main was back online with new quests and items, so i decided to check it out since i loved the game before all the hackers/scammers destroyed it.

I was highly disappointed.

I made my account and quickly got to level 1, but when i tried to leave newbie island I couldn't. You now have to be level 4.

This is fair enough, the monsters always were challenging at first and with the new quests on newbie island it wouldn't be too hard to get to level 4.

An hour later i had finally reached level 4 and moved onto the mainland to bank my stuff, since i had accumulated a lot of junk and about 2k in gold. Upon trying to enter Aeven i was once again, stopped. This time i had to be level 5! With 7000 exp to get down with stupid quests that give next to no exp whatsoever, it took me another hour just to get to level 5. By this time i had no money due to having to buy potions and I was all out of potions too. Although someone did give me some normal arrows.

I went into Aeven to try on my new arrows, but what's this. The wiseman is gone!

I later learned that he is in the temple and i would need to reach level 10 just to put on some stupid arrows and change my class.

I also wanted to make Anundno my home town, for convienence, but apparently you have to be level 25 just to get there! I played EO for 2 years before and only reached level 18. There's no way I am playing again for 2+ years just to set my home town.

Why would they put all these insane level requirements on everything with crappy quests to accompany them. It's ruined a once great game and it has also encouraged hackers to continue hacking and non-hackers to start hacking.

Way to fuck up your masterpiece Vult-R.

I completely disagree, I love all of the new updates, they make it more of a challenge to level up. Since the only thing you can do in EO is level up, why not make it harder?

EO could have been the damn coolest game ever. It's just too bad what has happened to it. The EO team has left the game to become what it is. It seems it will never be more then simply what it is. At least people on this forum are taking steps to better the game with more features. All this game will ever have now is what it once was. Passionate programmers like Vult-r that made this game should not give up on it. I understand he is making no money but he started this game. Why is their nothing cool any more? Why just let the fans of this game suffer with the same ol bull shit? Just release your source to the public and let people that actually want to better the game do it. All you will ever make it is a pile of shit with the same old features.

What is best for this epic game you have created? Let it die? or become what it was meant to be; and action packed 2d iso mmorpg... The choice is yours.

Number one way to stop you hating these updates: Don't be lazy and go level up. O_O

The only thing I think is fucked up is that you can start the Pjedro's Son quest at level 7 but have to be level 36 to see Pjedro's son.......

I have been levelling up, but it takes so gad damn long.

For example, I love the arena and i wanted to go play in it. I need to be level 7 of course, but it has taken me 2 days of tedious hitting CTRL to be able to do that.

Sure, training can be fun, but we shouldn't be forced into it.

It really takes you that long to level? I used to level to 20 in 4 days maybe a day more. Now we know EO has been officially destroyed.

It does get quite boring with the caps now. I seem to be getting less enjoyment out of EO.

Once you get level 7 it gets easier. d: What's your EO Main acc? I'll add you. & you can do the maze 3 times a day now so you get 15,000 EXP per day just from the maze if you do it 3 times a day.

I do not know why people keep bringing this up. The game we once knew and loved is dead and that is a fact! Endless Online will never be the same as it was before, right now its full of low-experience quests and useless level blockers. A game that was worked hard on and successful is now dead. Its depressing but its the real truth.
