you know that new thing in the iPhone 4S that girl that talks to you, her name is [Siri]

and they basically made an app for it i guess, for people without an iphone 4S, the app requires a payment to be brought, but on the download link you can download free to your phone

In other words, Siri is a speech-recognition assistant that's built into all Apple iphone 4S smartphones. If you have no friends, keep in mind it has both input and output.. You can speak to it, and it can speak back to you.

This wouldn't be Siri. Apple Siri requires a device identifier (exclusive to the iPhone 4S) to be sent to Apple's servers for authentication.

i'm sure this isn't siri, but if i'm right siri already was exploited, and is able to run on all apple devices + even on andrioid devices. first they weren't able to acces apple's server but they have exploited that too.

its not 100% fully the original Siri from iPhone 4S, it works the same a little, as its being updated, but you could try it out, pretty sure you would like,

It cannot be the original Siri, its strictly for the A5-A4 found in Iphone4S and was updated through previous Iphones.. Someone could do what Clive was saying but then they would have to do major fixes in speech recognition and feedback since it was not made for any other company. A Siri for androids is not possible. Of course they can manipulate and make their own version but then it wouldn't be called Siri and who ever mad the android app, if its named Siri can expect to be sued knowing that Apple does not like to share their products and has most likely patented everything within Siri.

Even though it's not what the OP meant, it is possible. They can now send requests from any device to Apple's servers and have it reply. The only thing, as someone mentioned, is that you'll need a valid iPhone 4S ID, and if someone just hardcoded one into a big release it would probably get blacklisted from Apple's servers.

You need the Hardware Identifier from an actual iPhone 4S though. It's not an exploit in Apple's servers as much as it is simulating an actual iPhone 4S for access.

So this made me want to look for "legit" siri's type apps/programs for the android...

I found ^, Cluzee seems to be a close up an comer to siri's. 
Its a free app on top of that.
