The generator wouldn't let me upload it unless it was a certain size, and I had to keep decreasing it until it looked like that. :/

The Lounge is only as good as the forum it's a part of. If the entire forum is good, the lounge will be good. If the forum has issues though, the Lounge will be the first to suffer.

Complete misread what I said. A Lounge is an indicator of the quality of the forum it resides in. I've been to a number of communities where the lounge forum is perfectly fine, open discussion where everyone gets along because the community is well organised. To think that the Lounge forumis the problem here on EOSERV is not looking at the big picture, the entire forum has issues and therefore the Lounge is performing poorly to reflect that.
