Well, not that THAT's the reason I think it'll get shut down, but because his hosting company just won't like him not paying bills? o:
I don't know what he infringed upon though, probably a flash game he rushed together. Rumor is the site temporarily changed to some german text, so it might be his host attempting to remove content.

don't want to sound like a dick, but i think it's pretty much impossible to get in jail in the netherlands for copyright infrignement.
