i have PUB editor where i can Add items, and i wanna make it so theres a NPC in the Jail its self so people can buy a get out fo jail card from it. how do i make it so it will work, Scrolls DOnt working Inside jail. help =]?

I suggest that you just change the jail map and location to some where,where scrolls will work.or mess around with your maps ? ;/?
