I really need help with this! grr

This is actually quite easy ;)

Here's a quick guide on how to do it.

First, you obviously need no-ip ;)

Then you want to set it to your IP.

Then port forward.. www.portforward.com might be useful at this part.

Then download EasyWamp, Xampp, Wamp or anything else just like it.

I suggest Xampp.

When you installed it then go to C:\xampp\www\htdocs\ and put your HTML & Php files in there. Or edit the Index file and start building from a scratch

Then run Xampp and right click it in the process bar. You know where your clock is :) And hit "Put online"

Then everyone can go on it by going onto "Your.no-ip.org" here or sumthing like that.

NOTE: Portforward to port 80 :)
