Sony Vegas Pro 10 is a good video editing program. You should actually buy the program because it's very unsafe to get a cracked version. You can also look into AVS. It's a simple video editing program but very useful. I like it.

iMovie HD 6 would have done this flawlessly, actually.
Only runs on Mac OS X though.
