More likely a lack of updates on my part. I would seriously doubt it has anything to do with hack-in source codes. EE is powered by Vodka, and Vodka was about 1 year ahead of any other revision in terms of actual EO elements. I would also suspect other builds are missing a good deal of detail that the average player wouldn't notice. For the most part, it is players getting bored and playing another server. Those of you with a game console, do you seriously only play one game?

i hate to tell you what to do apollo, but like wouldn't making more updates make sense?

Because more updates = more players in my eye's.

The only things I could think of would be Stava leaving, and EE leaving the SLN. Other than that it's most likely a lack of updates(Possibly related to Stava leaving?) as Apollo said.

Stava left to escape the internet, however we keep email contact. I have plenty enough of his art to supply EE for another year (we always worked ahead).

As far as active vs annoying, the replies you get are merely my opinions. I have been active since I created this account, helpful for the most part, but I do get a little raw at idiots and trolls. For a little history lesson, I released the first ugly hack in battle system for EOSERV before NPC's were even coded, complete with exp gain... That is how long I have been around. Also, EE is the oldest, still active private server running off EOSERV's core. I would like to think that there is a good number of eoserv.net goers that have found something I have released at some point useful, be it a full guide to setting up WebCP, using EO+, or simply some minor help or pointers with code.

Yeah, Apollo's been here for a long-ass time, like Devin said.
& it would be "bashing" EOSource if he said something bad about EOSource. He never once mentioned anything bad about EOSource o.o

EO Source is EOSERV. Quite simply it is the same as all other releases here. There is no need to play it off as anything it isn't. It is EOSERV + hack-ins and a modified quest handler to make talk commands via scripting (something I suggested to Sausage last year with EO++ but he is too lazy to do). I would rather the core of EOSERV be complete before making other hack-ins work. With the core working, the other things are cake.
