So, yesterday I was chilling with some friends, doing the usual(smoking pot XD) and I ended up getting chased by a friend with pepperspray, and biked away really fast(I was on a bicycle), and I got took the fuck out lmfao, that sucked so bad, broken toe, major concussion, cuts everywhere from my face to my feet XD heres a picture:

wtf?? why were you being chased??

I got hit by the car, he was going 40-45 on a 20mph road, so I can sue the hell outta him simply cause of that.  I still got a huge lump on my head, my toes broken(i think my hip may be fractured/hairline fracture after how it's been feeling today, might go back to the hospital), it sucks so bad.  I was getting chased cuz i have friends who like to do stupid things xD

What the hell?! You should hunt down the motherf****r. Pretend you're stoned and slam his head into a wall. If that happened to me, OHHH NOOO.. Lets just say people wouldn't be very happy. I carry a taser in my purse for a reason. XD

Here you're telling us that you were stoned and your friend was chasing youwith pepperspray while you were on a bike. 
Plus, if all you can remember is "waking up in the ambulence", why do you remember all these other details?

You said you can't remember much of it, in that story, 14 hours ago, you claimed using drugs, being chased, etc.

Please explain. To me it sounds like you're trying to act all tough, while in reality you just got hit by a car/van.

Ok, this is exactly how it happened (asked friends, and i still can't remember much of this)

He started to chase me with the pepperspray, STOPPED, screamed my name(i didn't hear this/don't remember this) and road out into the street(Dickinson Street from where I was[Beaulah Street <-- a little block]) and he hit my hip, I smashed my head onto the windshield(how the fuck didn't thisbreak? epic I didn't die yet!), then he slammed his brakes, i flew off the van and got at least 15 seconds hangtime(Woot! xD) landed on my face, but my body is still sticking upward(looks like my neck snapped at this point) and my face was skidded across the hot street(D:) also, i landed thatheadfirst, then my face hit the ground and skid.  I woke up, tried to walk, spun around and fell, got back up, they made me sit down, i said "I'm cool guys, im good, where am I what happened?" and then the ambulence came, and the guy sped off before the cop or ambulence got there. Basically; shit sucked.  My friends thought I died.

Now, to my recollection it goes like this

He started to chase me with the pepperspray, I start biking really fast, blank, life is completely stopped, im on the bike in front of the van(i remembered the color of it [silver, I actually thought it was white or silver, but it was silver :o], and an asian guy[found out today he's Vietnamese],then im in the ambulence and i got a neck brace on, my face is bleeding, my head hurts slightly, my toe is in excruciating pain(when i moved it), and my hip and shoulder hurt slightly.. wtf happened, paramedic tells me what happened I say "oh yeah i remember he was in a van, silver.. maybe white,and he was asian? where is he? is he ok? is my bike ok?"  paramedic says yes it was a van, he was some kind of asian, hes fine so is his van other than a dent on the hood, your bike is totaled, and so are you, you need to keep your head down, stop moving or you could die, blah blah, i startedlaughing, bullshitting with him, like nothing happened, and the day went on, there were some more black outs traveling through the hospital, it felt like i was going to be murdered at one point(like a bad trip or something), but i remember everything in the hospital from the X-Rays, on.

now, about sueing, the cop asked me questions in the hospital, he asked if i was on anything, i said pot he said i dont care about that, were you on any drugs, I told him no just pot, and he said ok well listen son, you could sue for this, he was speeding, 45 on a 20, and almost killed you, youcould make a minimum of a 10G settlement off of this, some dumb shit, blah blah, and then left, giving me the copy of the police report.
