How are people getting these long ass names like Pasta - Spaghetti & Meatballs, and Sausage - I don't give a @#$! , etc.

Open word, get a colored font copy and paste it into the text box when posting or editing a post then backspace till the beginning and you can change the color! :)
Then you will end up with something like this! :)
And this..
Maybe even this!
Or this...

This isnt anything new, its just how the box allows the copying of formatted text. ---
