Also you wouldn't necessarily have to copy someone else's text just open any text program that gives you the option to change font color (i.e. Office Word) and copy & paste.

To be completely honest with you, I do indeed believe Sausage goes out of his way to manually give you a "Title" as people are refering to it. So if he is not on, you should wait for his return, and then speak to him.
