Whipped up this quick template because i was bored and had nothing better to do. 

Top Menu - Download : [HERE]

Left Menu - Download : [HERE]

Heres a screenie of it in chrome:

Ignore the non-anti-alias'ed font, im on an xp and it runs slowly so i turned it off.

Its compatible with IE8 and Chrome as of me checking, but should be compatible with alot of other browsers. Its also compatible to moniter sizes as well.

Page resizes to fit content as well.

The rest of the elements will move with it (E.G. The footer)

It should be easy for anyone to edit because all of the styles/css is in the CSS file.

Distribute, use it, do whatever with it.

Give me some C&C on this too.

Yeah, the only reason it looks bad is because of it being only div tags, there are no pictures or anything. That's whoever uses its job to add some stuff into it. I designed this, basicly how i designed http://projectsanctum.isgreat.org/
