what should i use to make a website for it.?

That was an old debate, but basically since you own the device its completely legal, just like jailbreaking an ps3 and tagging a xbox 360, its all legal. Now what you do with it might not be, but the actual jailbreaking is.

yeah, apple made a settlement with Fail0verFl0w and Geohotz, and the rest about jail breaking. thats why the iphone updates are getting closer and closer to things you can do on jailbroken iPhone, the next thing you can prolly do is change app backrounds XD.
