Who do we depend on when our leader falters?

This is a life question that's been bothering me for a while tell me your answer.

My answer is : We let the next man in line become our leader and see what fate has instore for us.

We are only human our fate was decided the day we were named and born.
A man is born on a daily basis!
But a hero! Is born when he makes a decision!
A man dies when he is forgotten
and so does a hero!
But a hero returns once he is remembered.
This means our fates are always decided no matter what.
But our decisions are ours.
Fate can not change that.

No this is what I believe it just hit me.
We have no leader.
We always work as team using teamowork.
Teamwork does not mean we work together on one project.
It means we work seperatly at what we are all good at and achieve our goals and when we falter we let the next person in line handle things from their
We work with all our strength at all times to become the greatest so we don't falter.
If we falter then who do we follow?
The same man?
NO!
A different man?
NEVER!
Yourself?
Forever.

This is what I believe.
